Your videos are yours. The product photos you upload and the videos we make from them belong to you, and you're free to use your videos commercially — including paid ads. We may feature videos created on Ugcly as examples of what the product can do; you can opt out of being featured at any time.

Videos are generated automatically; results can vary and aren't guaranteed to meet a specific outcome.

Videos are paid for with credits, charged only when a video is delivered. There's no free signup grant. Pricing details live on the pricing page.

Ugcly is provided “as is”. This section will be finalized with legal counsel.

You can stop using Ugcly at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law will be set when the operating entity is finalized.
